Boilerplate, copy verbatim
FORKOFF is an outcome-priced AI agency serving tech, SaaS, deep tech, and Web3/AI ecosystems, based out of MENA and APAC with a global edge. The team ships engagements across clipping, podcast distribution, founder-led content, programmatic SEO, and ecosystem co-marketing, with $100M+ raised across brands in the FORKOFF portfolio orbit. Worked with Berachain, Uniswap, Taiko, Io.net, Aethir Cloud, and other protocols across the portfolio. Contracts settle against qualified views, qualified leads, and qualified placements, not hours. Press contact at crew@forkoff.xyz.
Full company background lives on the about page. Press shelf with every live placement is on the press page. First-party data behind the source quotes lives on the stats research lane.
The one detail that trips up most first-pass coverage: FORKOFF is not a Web3-only shop, and has not been for a while. The client roster spans Web3 protocols alongside AI infrastructure, SaaS, and deep tech companies, and the outcome-priced model (paying for a qualified view, a qualified lead, or a qualified placement, never a flat retainer for hours worked) is the through-line across all of it, not a Web3-specific mechanic. A piece that frames FORKOFF as exclusively crypto-adjacent is describing an earlier version of the company.
Logo system
Clear space equals the height of the letter F on every side. Minimum width: 80px for the wordmark, 32px for the square mark. Never recolor, never apply gradients, never set on a busy photo background without a flat mask. Pick the white or black wordmark by contrast, not by the site's own dark theme: a light print spread or a partner deck built on white gets the black SVG, not the white one reversed onto a dark plate, which is the single most common misuse we see in outside coverage. SVG files scale to any size with no quality loss and are the default choice for web and print. The PNG square mark exists only for surfaces that reject vector uploads, social profile fields and some CMS avatar widgets among them.
Wordmark, white SVG
Use on dark backgrounds. The default for press placements on dark sites and partner decks with dark themes. This is the version that shows up correctly on this page's own dark background, which is a fast way to sanity-check you grabbed the right file before publishing.
DownloadWordmark, primary SVG
Use on light backgrounds where brand red reads cleanly. Matches the operator-maintained Notion brand kit Primary lockup. This is the file to reach for on a white-background press release template or a light-mode partner site, not the white or black variant.
DownloadWordmark, black SVG
Use on light backgrounds where red is not allowed. Print, monochrome partner decks, single-color reproduction. Newsprint and single-color offset runs are the clearest case: color separations for a spot-red plate are rarely worth it for a logo mention, and black reproduces cleanly at any print resolution.

Square mark, 1024 PNG
Avatar, favicon source, social profile image. 1024 by 1024, transparent background. This is a raster, not a vector, so treat 1024px as the real ceiling: scaling it up for a large-format print use turns visibly blurry and pixelated in a way the SVG wordmarks never would.

Mascot lockup PNG
Croco mascot standing alongside the FORKOFF wordmark. Use for social profile headers, event banners, and partner co-marketing. This is the one asset here that reads as a full brand moment rather than a mark, so it is the right pick when a placement has room for personality and not just a logo credit.
DownloadColor palette
No amber, no violet, no green on general FORKOFF surfaces. Off-white FK_BONE replaces pure white for body text on dark. Brand wash on imagery uses FK_RED at low opacity multiply blend. FK_BONE against our darkest background clears WCAG AAA contrast (17:1) with room to spare, so the swap is not a compliance requirement, it is a legibility one: pure white on a near-black field reads harsher over a long article than an off-white does, which matters on a site built for reading rather than a single hero glance. FK_RED stays reserved for the one accent role, buttons, active states, the rule under the eyebrow text. It is never a fill for large surfaces or body copy, which is why the mid and deep oxblood tones exist as the two darker steps between bright red and near-black.
FK_RED
#BA0000
rgb(186, 0, 0)
Primary accent. CTAs, eyebrows, active states. This is the only token that should ever fill a button or draw the eye first on a page; treat any other use of pure red on a FORKOFF-branded surface as a mistake to fix, not a stylistic choice.
FK_OXBLOOD
#7C0507
rgb(124, 5, 7)
Mid-tone fills. Section banding, secondary surfaces. The step between bright accent and near-black background, used where a full-red fill would be too loud for the amount of surface it covers.
FK_OXBLOOD_DEEP
#3E0304
rgb(62, 3, 4)
Deep background. Card bases, footer chrome. Reads as close to black at a glance while still carrying a trace of the brand hue, which is the difference between this palette and a generic dark-mode gray scale.
FK_BONE
#ECECEC
rgb(236, 236, 236)
Body text on dark. Off-white, never pure #FFFFFF. Applies to every long-form paragraph on a dark background; headline white and body FK_BONE is the correct pairing, not two different off-whites competing for attention.
Typography
Space Grotesk 800 runs every H1 through H4, uppercase, tight tracking, and the same family at lighter weights carries body copy and UI. JetBrains Mono handles eyebrows and receipts, the ALL-CAPS tracked labels above a headline and the tabular figures in a pricing table. PP Neue Machina, the earlier display face, retired sitewide: if a partner asset or an older press mention still shows it, that is stale and Space Grotesk 800 is the current, correct substitute for anything reproducing a FORKOFF headline. Both current families ship on open font licenses, so nothing here needs a purchased seat the way the retired face once did.
Headlines + H1
Space Grotesk 800 (Extrabold)
Open font license, free to redistribute. Every H1 through H4 on the current site runs this weight, uppercase, tight tracking.
Fallback: system sans-serif
Body + UI
Space Grotesk
Same family as headlines, lighter weights. One typeface end to end keeps a partner deck or a press page consistent without a second license to track.
Fallback: system sans-serif
Receipts + eyebrows
JetBrains Mono
Open font license. Used for ALL-CAPS uppercase tracked eyebrows.
Fallback: ui-monospace
Voice
None of this is required for coverage. It is here so a quote, pull-quote, or paraphrase reads the way we actually write, in case that is useful shorthand for an editor working fast.
Evidence over adjectives
We do not reach for unearned superlatives to describe ourselves. A claim carries a number or it does not get made. The stats lane is the source for every figure we publish.
Short sentences, no filler
No em-dashes, no generic transitions (furthermore, on the other hand), no hedging adverbs without a number behind them (truly, genuinely, simply). Say the specific thing.
Two calls to action, always
Every FORKOFF surface offers "Apply now" and "Talk to a strategist", never "book a demo" or "start free". If a partner piece includes a call to action, matching this pair keeps the framing consistent with the rest of the site.
One file, everything above
Bundle includes the white, primary, and black wordmark SVGs, the transparent 1024 square mark, and the mascot lockup PNG. Ungated. No email, no form.
Not in the ZIP: the two typefaces (both link out to their own vendor pages above, since we do not redistribute font files even for the open-license one) and any print-resolution raster beyond the 1024px square mark. Most placements need nothing higher, the SVGs scale cleanly to any size a print run requires. If a specific placement genuinely needs a larger raster export or a variant not listed here, that is a one-line email to the press contact below rather than a self-serve download, since it is rare enough that we have not built a page for it. The bundle updates whenever the underlying assets do, on the same page rather than a separate changelog, so re-downloading before a placement ships is the way to confirm you have the current files rather than a cached copy from an earlier visit. Everything in the bundle is free to reuse for accurate reporting on or about FORKOFF; it is not free to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or a partnership that does not exist.

Journalists, podcast hosts, and ecosystem partners reach the FORKOFF team for source quotes, data follow-up, or co-marketing requests. Replies typically within one business day.
Fastest path to a source quote: name the piece, the outlet, and the specific figure or claim being checked, and reference the stats lane page it came from if you have it. That skips a round trip we would otherwise spend asking what you are writing about. For a co-marketing or launch-coverage request, the same address routes to the team running Launch Radar, so one email covers both a quote request and a coverage pitch without needing two separate contacts.
The team replies to press inquiries within one business day. Source quotes, data follow-up on the stats lane, and co-host coverage requests all route through crew@forkoff.xyz.
