AI, DePIN and RWA Builders was a four-hour gathering, held in the evening, that FORKOFF hosted with Taiko and io.net in Singapore on Tuesday 30 September 2025 between 4 PM and 8 PM, the day before the TOKEN2049 main conference opened. This recap covers the 2025 edition; TOKEN2049 Singapore 2026 ran October 7 to 8, 2026, and our TOKEN2049 Singapore guide covers the newer cycle. On the Luma page, 1,501 people sit on the guest list. This page sets out the hosts, the two panels, the ten people on stage, the twenty partner organizations and seven posts' worth of numbers from X.
The short version
AI, DePIN and RWA Builders ran on Tuesday 30 September 2025, from 4 to 8 PM, in Singapore, the day before the TOKEN2049 main conference opened. FORKOFF hosted it with Taiko and io.net as co-hosts, and the Luma page lists 1,501 people on the guest list. The evening carried an RWA panel, a DePIN and AI panel, a Taiko keynote and a long networking close, with ten speakers named in our recap thread. Our seven posts drew 42,266 views on X, 72.0 percent of them before the doors opened, and the recap the next afternoon took 19.9 percent, a larger after-event share than in Seoul five days earlier. The lesson: a recap that tags every speaker travels further than one that only says thank you.
Disclosure first. This was our evening: FORKOFF presented it on Luma, booked the partners and wrote the seven posts measured below. FORKOFF does launch distribution for AI and B2B tech startups: creators, clips, podcasts and Reddit, one team, priced on the outcome, based in San Francisco. Four sources carry every number here: Luma, a CoinRank release, posts from the official TOKEN2049 account, and the view counters X displayed on 18 October 2026. Where a figure is derived, the arithmetic sits beside it.
What took place at AI, DePIN and RWA Builders during TOKEN2049 week?
AI, DePIN and RWA Builders was a four-hour evening on 30 September 2025 in Singapore, held during TOKEN2049 week. FORKOFF hosted it with Taiko and io.net as co-hosts. Tokenized assets, decentralized infrastructure and AI shared a single program through an RWA panel, a DePIN and AI panel, a Taiko keynote, then a long networking close.
The Luma listing opened with one line that set the tone for both panels.
The next internet won't just move capital it will think, sense, and settle value in real time.
Five days earlier in Seoul, the same sentence had said money. In Singapore it said capital, and the topic list underneath followed suit: tokenized bonds, equities and funds, stablecoin liquidity, programmable treasury, regulatory frontlines, with agent networks and compute next to them. Where Seoul pitched builders, Singapore pitched the people who allocate to them as well.

Per the Luma event page (read 18 October 2026) and the CoinRank release of 30 September 2025. The guest list count is our own event record on Luma and counts approved registrations, not people in the room.
Format moved too. Seoul ran ten to two around an interview and a brunch. Singapore ran four to eight, squeezed every talk into eighty minutes and then handed the room an hour and forty minutes for conversation, since people arriving after a day of conference-week meetings mostly want to keep talking. Registration ran via Luma, the source of the 1,501, and the listing has since switched to a waitlist.

What date, what hours, and what did the Luma list reach?
Tuesday 30 September 2025, 4 PM to 8 PM Singapore time, which was the eve of TOKEN2049 day one on 1 October. Only approved registrants could see the street address. The listing now reads 1,501 people on the guest list, and Luma marks it as featured on the TOKEN2049 Singapore calendar.
Treat that 1,501 with care. It is the size of an approved registration list, nothing else. A registration list says nothing about who actually walked in, and it carries no job titles or employers, so here it stays a guest list and never becomes a crowd.

Six days carried the whole run. On 26 September the announcement gave the date, hours and both co-host handles. Speaker batch one and the eleven-outlet media post arrived on the 27th, the partner thread on the 28th, speaker batch two on the 29th. The 30th brought the evening itself plus a photo post sent from the room at 6
PM, and on 1 October, with conference day one under way, the recap thread followed.FORKOFF

Seoul's run-up went quiet on the 23rd. Singapore had seven posts over six days, something new every single day. Each new post named a fresh group of accounts, which is how an invitation keeps resurfacing in a week where every feed is full of them.
Which segments made up the evening?
Five segments filled the evening: a mixer with partner activations from 16
, the RWA panel at 17, the DePIN and AI panel at 17, Taiko's keynote at 18 and open networking from 18 to 20. Talks took eighty minutes in total, and everything else was conversation. The evening as Luma published it

Times, block names and panel line-ups per the Luma event page, read 18 October 2026.
Sequence matters more than content here. An hour of arrival time means nobody crossing town from a meeting misses a speaker. Both panels run back to back at peak attendance, the keynote stops at twenty minutes, and the remaining hundred minutes belong to the guests.
Swapping Seoul's one-on-one interview for two panels was the biggest change. An interview gives one company the stage; a panel seats four or five at once. With ten partner organizations on the bill, panels let most of them put a speaker in front of the room, and each company then had cause to post about the night.
On the published plan, the RWA panel seated Taiko, Yellow, Morph and FailSafe to talk about tokenization and bringing real-world assets onchain, and the DePIN and AI panel seated 0G, io.net, Lagrange, LayerDrone and Gonka on compute, networks and trust. Taiko's keynote reused almost exactly its Seoul title, why smart money will come onchain and never go back. Seats moved a little on the night: Spexi's account written afterwards puts Taiko's head of DeFi on the DePIN and AI panel beside Spexi's CEO.
Which ten speakers took the stage?
Ten people were thanked by name in the FORKOFF recap thread. The lead post named Taiko's head of DeFi, io.net's product lead, Gonka's creator and Spexi's co-founder and CEO, who also contributes to LayerDrone. A reply added FailSafe's CEO, Yellow's CTO, Morph's head of APAC, an APAC business developer from 0G, Taiko's APAC marketing head and Lagrange's business development head.
Read the titles as a buyer would. Two chief executives, a CTO, a DeFi lead, a product lead, a protocol creator and four people who run regional growth or partnerships: exactly the people a founder in this space tries to book a call with, standing in one room with drinks for an hour and forty minutes.
Spexi posted its own account of the panel its CEO joined, naming Taiko, io.net and Gonka next to him and summing up his talk in a sentence.
He sat down to discuss how @LayerDrone is using community-powered aerial data to build the foundation of geospatial artificial intelligence.
Speaker announcements repeated something first seen in Seoul. In batch one, the io.net product lead's welcome hit 7,804, 2.1 times the 3,731 on the thread opener. Morph's head of APAC drew 1,885, while the Gonka and Yellow replies reached 297 and 115.
The io.net speaker reply doubled its own lead post
In the first speaker thread, the reply welcoming io.net's product lead drew 7,804 views, 2.1 times the 3,731 on the post that opened the thread. Seoul showed the same pattern with a different speaker. Two editions in a row, a tagged speaker reply outdrew its parent, so the reply is where the speaker's own audience meets the event.
Source: FORKOFF speaker thread on X, read 18 October 2026
Followers explain it. Anyone following a speaker, or the speaker's employer, gets the welcome that tags them, and plenty never open the parent. In both editions the most-read reply in each speaker thread welcomed a speaker, so every welcome needs the date, hours and registration link inside it.
What did FORKOFF, Taiko and io.net each bring?
Luma, the CoinRank release and the FORKOFF announcement all name an identical trio: FORKOFF as host and presenter, Taiko and io.net as co-hosts. Taiko contributed the Ethereum scaling angle, the keynote and panel seats. io.net contributed decentralized compute and a DePIN and AI panelist. FORKOFF contributed the post sequence, the partner roster and the registration list.
On Luma, Taiko presents itself as an open-source ZK rollup that matches Ethereum's execution environment and runs a permissionless prover network. Taiko had also given a keynote in Seoul, so two Taiko keynotes landed at FORKOFF events inside six days, under nearly the same title.
io.net bills itself as the world's largest network of decentralized GPUs, pooling idle graphics cards into compute for AI work. It co-hosted Seoul as well. Its own post on the day put the FORKOFF event first of the three places its team showed up, and it now shows 10,675 views.
The co-host's own post outdrew our recap
io.net posted about its day on 30 September, naming the FORKOFF event first, and that post reached 10,675 views, 1.27 times our own recap. A co-host with a large following posting in its own words puts the event in front of people our account does not reach, which is why the co-host list matters as much as the speaker list.

Luma credits eight accounts as hosts: FORKOFF's company profile plus its co-founder's, Taiko, Lagrange, Yellow, LayerDrone via a Spexi staffer, CoinEasy, and an independent organizer. Every added profile works like an extra mailing list, so a long roster can stitch together audiences that would never have met otherwise.
Who else put their name on the evening?
Luma names five premium partners (Sogni, Pilot, Yellow, Gonka, LayerDrone) and five supporting partners (0G, Lagrange, Morph, Plume, Chainwire). The FORKOFF media post tagged eleven outlets. Chainwire is in both groups; counted once, twenty organizations stood behind the evening besides the three hosts, up from fourteen in Seoul.
Operator noteFive premium partners, five supporting partners and eleven media partners., Luma event page and FORKOFF posts on X
Infrastructure weighed more heavily in this roster. LayerDrone is a physical drone imagery network and Gonka a compute network, Lagrange proves AI inferences with zero-knowledge cryptography, Pilot is an AI agent for wallets, Plume covers tokenized assets and Morph targets onchain consumer finance. Each name gave a different slice of the market a reason to register.
The FORKOFF partner thread on 28 September gave each partner its own reply, and one of them carried the thread. Morph's reply hit 5,515, beating the 3,861 on the opener, while most others stayed in three figures.

Grateful for every conversation, connection, and moment. This is just the beginning!
The panel recording is where reach fell away. Lagrange uploaded the entire DePIN and AI panel to YouTube eight days after the event, fifty minutes and thirty seconds long, and today it shows 54 views. Spexi and Lagrange both posted about the panel, so the interest was real; the length was the obstacle, because a fifty-minute file gets bookmarked, and a ninety-second cut gets watched.

A fifty-minute panel recording needs to be cut up
Lagrange published the DePIN and AI panel in full on YouTube on 8 October, fifty minutes and thirty seconds long, and it shows 54 views a year later. The talk is there and the audience for it exists, but almost nobody presses play on fifty minutes. Short clips of the best two minutes would have carried the same panel much further.

How crowded was TOKEN2049 Singapore 2025 outside our room?
TOKEN2049's main conference ran on 1 and 2 October 2025. On 29 September the organizer announced a sell-out with more than 25,000 people expected, and its own count put side events across the city above 1,000 that week, with 300-plus speakers and 500-plus exhibitors inside the conference.

TOKEN2049 published its side events guide on 29 September, one day before AI, DePIN and RWA Builders, and the number in it says everything about competition: over a thousand organizers chasing one audience inside one week. The sell-out post appeared a few hours earlier that day.
One evening against more than 1,000 side events
The official TOKEN2049 account counted more than 1,000 side events across Singapore that week. A four-hour evening earns a place on calendars in that market only if the title tells one crowd it is for them, here people building AI compute, physical infrastructure networks and tokenized assets, and only if the partner list brings audiences of its own.
Source: TOKEN2049 official account on X, 29 September 2025
Choosing the slot inside that week was the biggest call. A Tuesday evening caught visitors after they had landed but before two days of main-stage sessions and booth meetings swallowed their calendars. Starting at 4 PM let people walk over from afternoon meetings, and ending at 8 PM kept the rest of their night free.
Our stage topics turned out to be the week's topics. Two days after the evening, an r/CryptoCurrency post shared a Forbes piece on the TOKEN2049 trends that named quantum, stablecoins, decentralized AI and RWA. Three of those four were already on our Luma topic list: stablecoin infrastructure, AI-driven networks and RWA liquidity.
Token2049 Trends: Quantum, Stablecoins, DeAI, And RWA
Weeks later, a business developer at a small agency asked r/web3 whether the big conferences pay off at all, after a year that included TOKEN2049, and passed on a friend's advice to put that budget into a small event of their own instead.
Devcon in Argentina just ended. Are these conferences even worth it?

How did Singapore differ from the Seoul edition?
One trio of topics ran twice within a single week, in two different shapes. Seoul: a morning, a one-on-one interview, io.net and FailSafe as co-hosts, 632 people on the guest list. Our Seoul market notes cover that city for clients. Singapore: an evening, two panels, Taiko and io.net as co-hosts, twenty partner organizations and 1,501 people on the guest list.

Recap tags each speaker by name
Seoul per our AI, DePIN and RWA Day recap and its posts on X, Singapore per Luma and our posts, read 18 October 2026. Seoul had no main post on 23 September and its recap tagged companies, not speakers, so both are partial.
From three hosts to a 1,501-name guest list and seven posts on X
Registrations and post reach pulled in opposite directions, and that is the finding worth keeping. Singapore's list ran 2.4 times longer than Seoul's, yet its seven posts gathered 42,266 views against 63,024 for Seoul's five. Singapore also had a featured slot on TOKEN2049's Luma calendar and eight credited hosts inviting their followers, two sources of registrations that X counters cannot see. In a conference week, X may not be the biggest route onto a list.
Three lessons came out of Singapore. Tagging every speaker by name and title gives a recap legs. Posts from co-hosts and partners, in their voice, find readers the host account cannot, so they deserve a slot in the plan instead of being left to chance. And full-length recordings need cutting down; seven weeks later, the Buenos Aires edition went out with a short film. Our India Blockchain Week 2025 recap found the same problem at conference scale, with 34 session recordings holding 589 views.
Operator noteSeoul five days before, Buenos Aires in November with a film, Hong Kong in February., FORKOFF posts on X and Luma
One weakness carried over from Seoul. Native view counts record reach, and reach does not pay for an evening. No one tracked which of the 1,501 names became a second call, the outcome that pays for hosting. FORKOFF now logs qualified conversations and callbacks at each event and checks pipeline 45 days on.
The AI, DePIN and RWA Day recap from Seoul holds the morning edition's numbers, and our Sol SyncUp Singapore write-up covers a closed-door DePIN infrastructure meeting in the same city.
What would FORKOFF run for a team at the next TOKEN2049?
FORKOFF runs events as a dealflow system: success is measured in qualified conversations and booked follow-ups, and a long registration list is worth something only when it feeds those. Singapore called for picking the eve of the conference, two co-hosts with large followings, ten partners, eleven outlets and a seven-post sequence built around one evening.
Planning starts a month or more out. Step one is the conference week the target buyers already plan to attend. Step two is the format, from a speaking slot to a side room to a full evening like this one. Step three is the invitation sequence, timed so the date reaches people before their flights do. Programs stay talk-light, which is why this one gave eighty minutes to the stage and a hundred to the room, and every follow-up is assigned within 72 hours.
Events sit inside a wider launch distribution practice. Founder funnel gets founders booked as speakers, guests and sources, and clipping turns a panel recording into ninety-second edits built for feeds. Read how events engagements are scoped, see short event films from our video team, and check the B2B sponsorship against paid ads comparison for how event spend stacks up against ads.
Not sure whether to host, sponsor or simply attend? The FORKOFF first-party sponsorship ROI analysis works through the return question with 2026 cohort data. Or contact our events people naming whom you want in the room and when they land in Singapore; you get a plain yes or no on this format.
Reading list for a Singapore side event budget
Three further reads complete a Singapore side event budget: a brand safety checklist for screening co-sponsors before their logos go on your listing, a first-party ROI read built on 2026 client cohorts, and the Buenos Aires recap of this same format, the edition that added a short film.
Screen co-sponsors first with the crypto event sponsor brand safety playbook, since an evening with twenty partner logos is only as safe as its weakest one. The first-party sponsorship ROI analysis brings 2026 cohort data to the return question, and The Capital Layer at Devconnect Buenos Aires shows this format seven weeks on, plus a short film.
